The Birthday Hat

No matter the size of your family, this is a great tradition, preschoolers love even when they aren’t preschoolers anymore. It’s called The Birthday Hat, for you it may be a Crown, or a Ball Cap. The key is to find something that everyone in your family can wear on their birthday. Boys may not be up for wearing a tiara type crown. Whereas girls may not have a problem with a ball cap. After you have selected the coveted birthday hat. On your preschoolers birthday, they get to wear it from the time they get up till they go to bed. It will be something they will look forward to not only on their own birthday, but everyone else in the family to. Preschoolers can become keeper of the birthday hat, and are in charge of making sure it ends up on the right head, on the right day. A great tradition for the whole family.
