Chairs and other things to crawl under
Felt Squares
Blankets
Pillows with pillowcases
Rope
For the Adventurous: Ladders, tires and other obstacle course fun things.
How To Do It
This is best done in a garage or where there are beams to hang the pillows.
Set up your obstacle course. Have things for your preschoolers to run around(cones), jump over(rope setting on the floor or tied about 4" above ground on chair legs), crawl under(chairs or rope tied to chair legs, or even streamers hanging from the ceiling), and things to tackle (pillows in pillowcases hanging from the ceiling by rope). You could use felt squares to step on like running thru tires. Remember to have a finish line.
Hand each preschooler a football. They have to hold the football thru the whole obstacle course. Then let them at it. You could time them or just let them take turns. It will turn into one big giggle-fest, guarenteed.
Helpful Tips For Parents
If you have clear enough weather, you could do it outside. The bop punch toys are great for tackling too. Use your imagination, your preschoolers will have a blast. And the best part is they will be tired afterwards. This is great for half time, the big guys will love to cheer on their little footballer.
