Primp and Polish Slumber Party Activity
What do little girls like to do at slumber parties? They like to fix each other's hair, and paint their nails (with a little help of course). Fu-fu your preschooler with pink facials, fancy nail polish and a new hair doo. Deffinatly do not forget your camera. It is sure to fill the room with giggles.
Materials You Will Need
Hair brushes and combs
Hair clips, ribbons, bows, bands
Finger Nail Polish
Nail file
Baby Lotion
Towels and wash clothes
Wash basins with warm water
How To Do It
Pink Facials:
Have your guest lay on the couch, recliner or floor with a towel behind their head. Wash their face with a clean wash cloth and warm water. Apply the "facial cream" (pink baby lotion).
Nail Station:
Best at a table. Put a towel down on the table. Gently file their nails, and wash them off with warm water. Pain their nails with the fancy nail polish.
Hair Station:
Stools work best for this station. As how they would like their hair fixed, giving them a few options, like up, down, to the side. Then comb and brush their hair and fix it with the hair accessories. You may choose to do rollers and curling irons if you are adventurous enough.
Helpful Tip For Parents
You may want to recruit older siblings, friends and family to help with the stations. You can be as extravogant as you like, or as simple. Either way your preschooler and her guests are sure to have an amazing time.
