Materials You Will Need
Empty Toilet Paper Tubes (or paper towel tubes cut in 3rds)
Colorful Tissue Paper
Ruler
Scissors
Tape
Curling Ribbon
Stickers
Small Individually Wrapped Candies
Small Toys
How To Make It
Step 1:
Lay tissue paper out flat on a table or hard cutting space. Set the tube on the tissue paper so that it is on one edge, and 5" from the corner. Measure 5" on the other side of tube, and cut to opposite edge, making one long rectangle.
Step 2:
Tape the edge of the tissue paper to the tube and roll it up into the tissue paper. Tape end off.
Step 3:
With curling ribbon tie off one end of the tissue paper, at ends of tube.
Step 4:
Fill the tube with stickers, candies and toys.
Step 5:
Tie the open end of tissue with curling ribbon.
Helpful Tips For Parents
You can fill the rolls with anything that fits in there. Crackers and pretzels work great, for a non-candy fill, just be sure that the toy or stickers can handle the grease that they will shed. Small pinata toys usually work great for the toys.
